In RIVO, the organization structure represents any kind of organization or company (corporates or banks) that is used in the System.
This Structure contains the details of the Organization and all the sub-units involved.
The Organization structure and units, with their users, is maintained by the Admin user of the Specific organization (corporates or banks).
There can be multiple levels of Organization for a specific parent unit.
You can model your organization in several ways;
- Simple, flat structure. Everyone is in the same structure. Everyone can see everything
- By Line of Business. Split the organization into units with the same Product, e.g. LCs in one unit and Guarantees in another. You can set the permissions of the users in the unit so that they are restricted to Deals from that unit, or have global permission.
- By Geography. If your organization is split by Geography, you can replicate that in RIVO too.
Again, the permissions of the users can be restricted to Deals from that unit, or have global permission.
Within each Unit, you can then add the users and set their Permissions
To access the Organization Structure in RIVO, Go to the Administrator menu and then select the option Organization Structure.
In order to enhance the user experience and provide a convenient way of managing a large number of subunits in the organization structure, Rivo offers users the capability to collapse and expand all subunits with a single action.

You must be an administrator in order to be able to add parties
You may be limited on the number of Organization layers you are able to add based on your RIVO subscription plan.
