User Authority Levels
Permissions and Authorities play a crucial and central role in clearly defining or specifying the extent or boundaries of user access within the organization. In other words, they are essential in determining what users can or cannot access.
When configuring user settings in RIVO, you define the extent of user access, which can be either limited to a specific unit or all organization. This encompasses factors such as Sign Level, Role, and essential user information.
The Importance of User Authority Levels
Data Security: One of the primary reasons for implementing user authority levels is to bolster data security. By restricting access based on roles and responsibilities, organizations can limit the risk of unauthorized individuals accessing sensitive information.
Efficient Workflow: User authority levels help streamline operations by allowing employees to access only the information and tools necessary for their roles. This targeted access ensures more efficient workflow processes.
