Downloading Rivo as a shortcut:

• Launch Google Chrome and type in RIVO's URL (production/sandbox).
• Click the download icon to download the shortcut

• You will be popped up with the below screen, Hit Install

• Once Rivo is installed, it will be available as a shortcut on your desktop for quick access.
• Alternatively, you can pin Rivo to your taskbar. This allows you to launch Rivo directly from your taskbar with a single click.

Enable Chrome Notifications:

• To ensure you receive real-time notifications for collaboration and task management, enable Chrome notifications for Rivo.
• Go to Chrome settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings > Notifications.
• Find Rivo in the list and enable notifications.

With Rivo installed and notifications enabled, you can use Rivo seamlessly.

Even if the browser is minimized, you will continue to receive important notifications in real-time, ensuring you stay up-to-date with your tasks and collaborations.
