File types supported in RIVO (for attachments)

While creating a guarantee request, the user will have an option to attach supporting documents to the contract.

Below listed items are the file types which are supported in RIVO.
 
  • Bitmap Image File (.bmp)
  • Tagged image file (.tiff . tif)
  • Graphical Interchange Format File (.gif)
  • JPEG Image (.jpeg)
  • JPEG Image (.jpg)
  • Microsoft Excel Document (.xls)
