In RIVO, users issuing a Guarantee, Standby LC, or Letter of Credit (LC) now can share the deal with one, multiple, or all parties involved, directly from the issuing screen.
Functionality Overview
-
Availability:
The Share option is available only when the deal has a reference number assigned. This ensures that only registered and trackable deals can be shared. -
Selecting Parties:
When the Share option is selected, a pop-up window displays the parties associated with the deal. The user can select one, several, or all parties using checkboxes. -
Missing Email Addresses:
If a selected party does not have an email address registered in the system, an input field will be displayed allowing the user to enter the email manually.
How to share
- Click on the Share icon (available in the bottom right of the page)
- Select the party to whom you wish to share the guarantee details.
- Input their email address.
When sharing the deal, RIVO allow users to select between 2 template options:
- Default Template: uses the existing system-generated text for the email body.
- Custom Template: allows users to add free text at the beginning of the email. The deal information (e.g., guarantee details) will follow below.
Email Content
The email sent through RIVO will include:
-
The deal PDF (if the user opts to include it)
-
If the email recipient is already a RIVO user, they can sign in and view the guarantee information by clicking on the Invite link in the email.
-
Registered users will be directed straight to the deal page.
-
Unregistered users will be guided through the login/registration process before being redirected to the deal.
-
Additional Options
-
Copy Link:
The user also has the option to copy the deal link to their clipboard and share it manually if preferred.
Note :
The customer must add Rivo to the safe sender's list by choosing at least 1 of the following options:
- by using the from address: rivo@rivotrade.com
- by using the Return-Path address: pm_bounces@pm-bounces.rivotrade.com
- by adding the Postmark's sending IPs (IP ranges) Outbound SMTP Servers to the allow-list: https://postmarkapp.com/support/article/800-ips-for-firewalls#outbound
