RIVO users have the option to create a new discussion board on a subject concerning the deal fields using collaboration.

Rivo allows you to collaborate with the participants in all the Business transaction modules.

Follow the steps below to perform a collaboration on RIVO

1. Locate & select collaborate from the summary card. A clickable new chat icon appears on all input fields.
2. select the field you would like to collaborate on,
3. Choose from the small pop-up that appears on the fields indicating an open chat.
4. Enter your text in the chat message box.
5. Set the collaboration to ‘Public’ or 'Private'. ( If its private select the participant that you want to collobarte)
6. Click the send icon in the chat box to initiate collaboration of field(s) with other parties.

Edit Message

• When the user hovers over a chat message (an individual message bubble), a context menu appears with an "Edit" option
• Only the original sender (the specific user) can edit their message; other users from the same organization cannot.
• After saving changes, an "Edited" label appears at the top-right of the message to indicate it was modified.
• The sender can edit their message any number of times within 15 minutes
• Editing a message does not resend any new notification; only the content changes.

when a message is editing. Users can save the changes by clicking on the "check" icon or discard changes by clicking on the "x" icon.

Discussion-Level Context Menu

When the user hovers over the discussion (not an individual message but the entire conversation block), a new context menu appears with the following actions:

• Mark as Read: Sets all messages in that discussion to "already-read.". Any new message icons are removed.
• Mark as Unread: Reverts the entire discussion to an unread state, making the new message notification reappear.
• Resolve: Moves the existing "Resolve discussion" icon into this context menu, keeping its existing behavior (resolving the thread).
