The Guarantee information up to date is available to download in the summary format (PDF) by the RIVO users. The details of the Guarantee will be shown in simple manner that contains main information of the Guarantee deal, transaction data, Parties involved, text details, Charges (if any), Expiry type , expiry date, Delivery instructions, Customized fields and so on.

To download the a transaction summary, go to the Landing page (Guarantee Status: Issuance-Approved) and click on the Download Details action from the actions drop-down.

This transaction summary is also displayed based on the selected user language settings on the application. 

For instance if the user preferred language settings on RIVO is German, then the transaction summary will also be displayed in the same language.

Download Amendment 

To process an amendment request from the corporate, the bank will need to manually input the data into their back-office system. This is necessary if the bank processes the amendment request in their back-office. The process involves receiving a pretty print document that includes both the previous and new values of the transaction data in a structured and readable format.

Document Availability: 

This doc should be available both for the bank and corporate upon approving the Amendment transaction by the corp user - when finally signed by the corporate.

We will generate the pretty print document for amendment in 'Download Details' option just like how pretty print for issuance is generated today. 

"Download Details" document should have Previous Value and New Value columns. **

Previous Value column should display the values before processing the Amendment. 

New Value column should display the values after Amendment is processed/ approved by Applicant user.

Applicant user can make changes only to limited fields in Amendment transaction. However, we would like to display all the fields which has values copied from Issuance. This will give a clarity to bank users while keying in information in BO system. 

Below fields can be amended in Amendment transaction. This is applicable for both Guarantee and Standby LC transaction;
