Amendment Summary is a brief statement of the changes imposed in a contract .

User can review the summary of details updated in the Amendment summary screen available

User is allowed to amend fields such as Guarantee amount(in case of guarantee) or LC Amount, Expiry date, Bank details etc and only if the amendment is approved Summary details will be populated with updated changes.

The following fields are Displayed as part of amendment summary screen.

1. Date & Time: Populates the time stamp details of amendment saved

2. Changed By: Denotes the user, modified the details

3. Status- Displays the processing status that is Amendment approved, Amended and other status.

4.Field Name: Displays the field where the value has been modified.

5. Previous value: Populates the old value of the field

6. New value: Populates the latest value of the field

The view button displayed at the bottom, when clicked redirects to the contract where the amendment has been done. It helps the user to review the contract after amendment.
