RIVO enables you to decide whether the guarantee text should be a standard financier text, i.e., your bank/insurance, / parent company, or a bespoke text. This usually depends on the underlying business and Beneficiary requirements.

You can choose either the bank’s standard or individual text when you choose the bank’s standard.

You may also be prompted to enter the underlying business transaction details.

To choose the bank’s standard: 

• Click the the View the Bank’s Standard Text button. You may enter the underlying business transaction details. 

To choose individual text: 

• Click the Add Individual Text button and enter the bespoke text in the free text field displayed.
• To view the entire text, including the data you entered, click View the Standard Text.
