Rivo assists corporate entities in establishing their unique text templates, which can be conveniently chosen when issuing a guarantee. This streamlined process empowers corporate users to tailor the text content based on the information they input during the issuance.
Administrative users possess the authority to maintain these text templates on behalf of the corporate clients.
Guidelines for Defining Text Templates:
1. Log in as a corporate admin user and ensure access to the "Text Templates" feature in the admin panel.
2. Navigate to the setting menu bar and select the text template.
3. Choose the "Product," "Type of Guarantee," and "Add New" options to initiate the definition of your text template.
4. Fill in the template name, form, applicable rule, language, involvement of another bank, applicable rule, domestic/international, and text fields.
5. Save the template.
Procedure for Editing/Deleting Text Templates:
1. Log in as a corporate admin user.
2. Choose the relevant product and type of guarantee, and you will find the edit and delete icons enabled.
3. Click on Edit to make modifications, save the changes to the text.
4. To delete, click the delete icon and confirm deletion of the text template in the "Are you sure you want to delete the template? "Type of Guarantee-Template Name"".
Locating Text Templates for Deals:
1. Log in as a corporate admin user.
2. When opening a new guarantee during issuance, opt for "Customized Text" and click "Please view or edit your customized text."
3. Select "Template base text," and the system will automatically populate the matching corporate text template if defined in the admin panel.
4. Review the populated text template and save to proceed with the deal.
