Total Limit Status Overview
The Total Limit Status gauge provides a high-level breakdown of the organization’s credit utilization:
Utilized Amount
Represents the portion of the limit currently consumed by active deals.
A deal amount appears as utilized once the corporation releases the transaction.
Planned Amount
If the user selects the limit planning option during deal initiation, the deal amount appears as planned.
Available Amount
This is the remaining usable limit after deducting planned and utilized exposure.
Available Amount = Credit Limit – Utilized Amount – Planned Amount
If the available limit is exceeded, RIVO issues an error during deal creation or release.
Limits by Financier View
The Limits by Financier chart provides a comparative view of limit exposure per bank.
It visually highlights:
Utilized Amount
Planned Amount
Available Amount
This allows corporates to quickly identify which banks have remaining capacity and which are approaching limit thresholds.
Limit Reference Visibility
After selecting a bank, RIVO automatically retrieves the relevant Limit Reference assigned to that bank and organization.
View Deal-Level Limit Usage
RIVO also allows users to drill through the Limits by Financier chart to understand which specific deals are consuming the limit.
From the dashboard, users can click on a financier bar (e.g., utilized or available portion) and select:
View in Table
Drill Through → Deal Details
This opens a detailed list of deals linked to that financier limit, showing:
Deal references
Amounts contributing to utilization
Deal status and product type and others
This drill-through capability helps corporates identify exactly how many active deals are using the assigned credit limit and provides full traceability behind the reported utilization.
