The Fees plays a important role for every deals (Reports → Applicant → Fees)
The Fees Report provides corporate users with a clear view of all Forecasted Fees, Actual and Comparison view related to trade finance transactions.
Only users with Applicant rights are authorized to view this report.
You can refine your report results using the following filters:
1.Corporate Unit
Select Headquarters (HQ) or a specific subunit.
Default selection: HQ
Useful for organizations operating across multiple business units.
2.Financier
Select one or more banks or guarantor units.
Ideal for comparing fee structures across financial institutions.
3.Currency
Choose a specific fee currency, or
View all fees converted into your base currency (default option).
Helpful for consolidated reporting across multiple currencies.
4. Period
Select a single or multiple months, quarters, or years.
Enables both short-term monitoring and long-term cost analysis.
5.Tenor
- Select a Tenor period (Year, Unlimited, Custom)
Visual Representation (Forecasted Fees)
- Total Fees : This provides a visual overview of the total collected fees categorized by financier.
2. Total Fees by Financier : This shows the distribution of total fees per bank.
3. Total Fees by Type / Transaction / Tenor Duration / Product / Guarantee Type : This categorizes fees by configured fee types (e.g., Transactional, Risk, Handling); Transaction stage (e.g., Issuance, Amendment); Tenor Duration, Product (e.g., Outgoing Guarantee, LC); or Guarantee type (Bid Bond, Performance, etc.)
4. Total Fees by Agreement: To Provide detailed forecasted fee breakdown by agreement structure
5. Total Fees by Period : Visualizes how fees are settled over time
6. Total Fees by Counterparty : Identifies which counterparties incur the most fees,
Drill-Through: Fee Details Report
The Fee Details Report provides granular, deal-level fee information when you drill through from any chart or visual in the Fees Report. It allows users to move from a summary view to the underlying transaction-level details that make up those figures. Right Click on the Pie chart -> Drill Through -> Fee Details.
