CORTF <> RIVO INTEGRATION

Introduction 

The purpose of the integration of COR-TF and RIVO is to provide an electronic channel between corporates and financiers (banks, insurance companies, etc.) when another channel, e.g. SWIFT Score, Bolero, DTA, is not supported. RIVO will replace the current manual process on both sides with an automatic process and by this improve substantially effectiveness and efficiency

Basics

The integration between COR-TF and RIVO is based on the following fundaments:

1. COR-TF messages are established in the form of SWIFT Score messages.

2. RIVO messages are established as API’s.

3. A technical Converter transforms the messages into the required format for message receiving system.

4. RIVO can be used as

a. processing tool of the banks

b. intermediary for further transmission of the messages to/from the bank’s back-office application.

Sequence Responsible Team Task

 Customer Success Ask COR-TF customer for details on the financier with which they want to communicate via RIVO: Name & Address & BIC code

 Customer Success Update the financier in COR-TF as described in section COR-TF Configuration.

 Customer Success Set up the COR-TF customer in RIVO with following elements:
  • New corporate/organization
  • Corporate users (email and password)
  • My Bank (financier; BIC code)
  1.  
 Customer Success Provide all relevant details to the Cloud team for setup in the Converter.
  • Out and In folders for the messages
  • Name of corporate in COR-TF
  • Name of corporate in RIVO including user email address & password
  • Financier SWIFT BIC Id

 Cloud Establish the SFTP settings as described in section SFTP Settings.
Connectivity Configuration & Testing

 Cloud
  1. Database changes
    • New RIVO corporate, including user email & password. See example below this table.
    • New RIVO bank See example below this table.
    • Upload certificates of the FSTP
  2. Restart converter
  3. Monitor logs to ensure a working connection between COR-TF–Converter-RIVO.

 Cloud Inform Customer Success team about the completion of the settings.

 Customer Success CS team to define The URL of the converter in RIVO DB (Mongo) in the organizations collection by adding a new property called Webhook with the following value:
https://hostname/swift/api/consume/rivo%22

 Customer Success Execute a test including a full cycle of messages, i.e.
  • Request from COR-TF to RIVO
  • Reply from RIVO to COR-TF
